This Agreement is entered into between PWRBLD Gym ("Company") and [Creator Name] ("Creator") as of [Start Date].

The PWRBLD Creator Program is an invitation-only partnership designed to collaborate with creators who authentically represent the PWRBLD brand, community, and training environment.

The Creator agrees to provide the following content each month:

• 2 Instagram / TikTok posts per month
• 1 Instagram Story per week
• 1 promotional video per month highlighting PWRBLD Gym
• 2 short-form videos per month featuring PWRBLD, with content direction provided by PWRBLD

Content should reflect authentic training and real facility use, avoid overly scripted tone, and align with PWRBLD's brand identity. The Creator agrees to coordinate on collaborative opportunities when applicable.

In exchange for deliverables, PWRBLD agrees to provide:

• Complimentary PWRBLD+ Membership
  • Full gym access across all PWRBLD locations
  • Recovery amenities (infrared saunas, massage chairs, Hypervolt, Normatec, etc.)
  • 1 monthly InBody scan
  • PWRBLD Black Card — 10% off merch & supplements
  • 4 guest passes per month
• Merchandise — 2–3 items from each merch drop (selected by PWRBLD)
• Collaboration Opportunities — brand campaigns, events, product launches, and content collaborations

By participating in the program, the Creator grants PWRBLD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to repost, share, distribute, and use content across social media, website, and marketing channels, including for paid advertising purposes.

PWRBLD retains full ownership of any content created or edited by PWRBLD. These rights remain in effect after termination. Credit will be given where applicable but is not required for all use cases.

• This Agreement begins on [Start Date] and continues on a month-to-month basis
• Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice
• PWRBLD reserves the right to terminate immediately if deliverables or brand standards are not upheld

Upon termination, the Creator forfeits all program benefits immediately. PWRBLD retains the right to continue using content created during the term per Section 4.

The Creator agrees to represent PWRBLD professionally, maintain consistency in deliverables, communicate proactively regarding scheduling or delays, and avoid content that may negatively impact the PWRBLD brand.

The Creator is an independent contractor and not an employee of PWRBLD. This Agreement does not constitute employment, partnership, or joint venture.
